Announcement of the General Administration of Market Regulation on the "Administrative Measures on the Examination and Release of Advertisements for Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Health Foods and FSMP (Consultation Draft)"
In order to strengthen the supervision and release management of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health foods and FSMP, according to the "People's Republic of China Advertising Law" and other laws and regulations, on March 14, 2019, the State Administration of Market Regulation organized the drafting of " The Administrative Measures for the Examination and Release of Advertisements for Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Health Foods, and FSMP (Consultation Draft) are now open to the public for comments. The deadline for collecting comments and suggestions is April 12, 2019.
