Salt import tariff quotas are allocated to traders who directly use salt as raw materials for chemical and pharmaceutical products.

The allocation time of salt import tariff quotas is implemented in accordance with the recommendations made by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development so as to avoid affecting the production and sale of salt and meet the needs of other economic industries.
