Handy InternationalHandy International has launched its Gastropub Collection line of “social seafood” for the foodservice market.

The line was developed to capture the shareable, small plate trend as appetizers or bar menus and can also be used as entrée add-ons.

The line includes three varieties of Shrimp & Crab Dip-Bites — wasabi, buffalo and baja — Shrimp & Grits Cakes, Mediterranean Cod Cakes and more.

“I developed this collection of shareable, small plates to add variety and increase the seafood offerings and profits for restaurants,” said Nikki Trzeciak, Handy executive chef. “There are a variety of different flavors throughout the collection drawing on both national and international cooking traditions.”
