Stonyfield Blends contains fresh fruit pieces and fruit purees and is made with organic milk, which produces a thicker texture, according to the company. “With the rising popularity of Greek yogurt, the trend is toward thicker, tastier and more satisfying varieties,” said Lindsay Hardie, senior brand manager at Stonyfield. “We created Blends to be the perfect combination of thick, creamy yogurt with delicious real fruit.”
The Blends line, which will replace Stonyfield’s “Smooth and Creamy” yogurts, are available in both fat-free and low-fat varieties. Flavors include french vanilla, blueberry, strawberry banana, lemon, peach mango, peach, blackberry, raspberry and black cherry.
