High Liner Foods American Pride Seafoodhas launched a line of scallops under its American Pride Seafood brand.

The line features domestic scallops harvested in the North Atlantic and landed in New Bedford, Mass. It includes 36 different scallop options including processed scallops, Hokkaido sea scallops, bay scallops and specialty bacon-wrapped scallops for the most complete offering of scallops for the foodservice market.

“Scallops are a highly sought-after item on many restaurant menus, whether as an appetizer, pasta topper or dinner entrée,” said Kerry Clift, American Pride Seafood marketing manager. “With American Pride Seafood scallops from High Liner Foods, it has never been easier for all operators to profitably menu scallops, not just fine dining restaurants.”
