American seaFiddlestixfood and aquaculture company Clear Springs Foods has introduced a new frozen fish stick product marketed toward children.

Marketed under the brand Fiddlestix, the product features rainbow trout combined with red and green peppers, spices and potatoes in a breaded stick shape.

According to Clear Springs, the company has tested the fish sticks in schools and “received outstanding grades” from the children.

“It was time for the fish stick to be re-invented, and Fiddlestix are the complete package, from healthy nutritionals to a dippable shape, plus they are gluten free,” said Alan Kahn, VP of marketing at Clear Springs Foods.
