April 17, 2013, Health Canada’s Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) published consultation document Proposed Maximum Residue Limit PMRL2013-18. This document proposes new MRLs for the active ingredient flumioxazin on tree nuts. PMRA will accept comments for up to 75 days from the publication of this document.
