The firm will provide and integrate a cooling and freezing system, featuring its GYRoCOMPACT M10 technology, into a US bakery facility.


Torbjorn Arvidsson, vice president and division manager for JBT FoodTech's food solutions and services division said: "This project is an excellent example of how JBT FoodTech partners with global customers.

"We are very pleased with the confidence expressed in JBT's leading solutions for the bakery industry."

The project is scheduled to be fully operational in the first quarter of 2013.
