Peru: Important recovery of pineapple exports

With these results, and even though there still are three more months in 2018, the country has already exported more pineapple than in the whole of 2017, when exports amounted to 70,366 kilos worth US $ 276,598.
According to the Agrodata Peru website, the main destination between January and September was Germany, with US $296,000; Spain with US $66,000, and Chile with US $9,000.
The biggest exporters in the sector were Greenbox SAC with sales that amounted to US $296,000, Sol Productos SA (US $9,000), and Frunature Perú SAC (US $7,000).
