Mumbai spice market saw a slight decline in ginger prices as of February 3rd. The prices for ginger dropped further at the spices market following lower demand from stockists and retailers.

Ginger bleached and ginger unbleached also fell slightly with a total fall of Rs 5 per kg each to Rs 130 and Rs 150 as against Rs 135 and Rs 155 reported on February 2nd.
