Colombian enterprises export more goods to China

According to the Colombian website "elpais" on December 20, Carlos pointed out that of the 10 international destinations for export of enterprises in the Coca Valley Province, 8 destinations increased their imports of Colombian goods. China, Brazil and Spain were the countries with the highest export growth rates in the Coca Valley Province of Colombia, increasing 73.6%, 81% and 41.7% respectively.
Ritmo Exportador, a market research agency in Colombia, points out that copper, sugar, coffee, tea and spices are the main products exported to China by enterprises in the Coca Valley Province; minerals, edible fruits and sugar are the main products exported to Spain; rubber, organic chemicals, optical and photographic equipments are the main products exported to Brazil.
The Colombian Sugar and Sugarcane Growing Association pointed out that by September, Colombia's total export of sugar products had reached 588712 tons, an increase of 54500 tons compared with the same period in 2017.
José Roberto Concha, director of the International Trade Office at Icecomex University in Colombia, also points out that Colombian entrepreneurs have made great efforts to diversify Colombian exports and create more trade opportunities.
