In time for summer, food flavouring manufacturer has launched two new flavours in its Marinade in a Bag range.

McCormick

The new flavours, ‘Native Herb and Spice’ and ‘Spicy BBQ’, work in the same way as other flavours in the range: consumers place up to one kilo of meat into the zip lock bag, reseal and rest for 30 minutes before removing the meat from the bag to grill, barbecue or bake.

Other flavours in the range include ‘Honey and Soy’, ‘Sticky BBQ’, ‘Red Wine and Garlic’ and ‘Teriyaki’.

Australian Food News reported earlier in September 2013 that McCormick had also launched a range of seasonings called ‘Grill Mates’.
