PAM, a cooking spray brand owned by ConAgra Foods, has unveiled PAM Coconut Oil Spray, a no-fuss alternative.

PAM Coconut Oil Spray is claimed to be made with coconut oil, and is suitable for gluten-free cooking, stovetop and oven-cooking of meat, fish and vegetables, as well as various sweet treats and baked goods.

It is also claimed to have zero calories and zero grams of fat per serving.

PAM brand manager Brittany Lanier said, "The addition of PAM Coconut Oil Spray gives consumers a no-fuss alternative to traditional coconut oils for fat-free cooking, while delivering the superior non-stick performance they've come to expect from PAM."

Available at Walmart, the PAM Coconut Oil Spray will be rolled out at additional retail locations soon, and has a suggested retail price of $4.29 for 5oz.
