Eurogerm USA and Problend Ingredients announce a definitive merger agreement to become a leading supplier to the baking and food service industries in North America.

The new, combined company called ProBlend-Eurogerm LLC will be based in the Chicago area. Eurogerm USA, a subsidiary of Eurogerm France, brings significant expertise in bakery research and development along with the highest quality bakery ingredients. ProBlend Ingredients manufactures an excellent line of wholesale bakery ingredients along with superior quality breadings, batters and other ingredients for the food service industry. Together ProBlend-Eurogerm LLC offers customers additional expertise and resources derived from this synergy.

“Our goal is to use the best technologies of Europe and the United States to supply our customers with the finest ingredients along with continued outstanding, flexible service” said Jim Gribben, Vice President Sales.

ProBlend-Eurogerm LLC is jointly owned by Eurogerm SA and the owners of ProBlend Ingredients, Inc.
