Both additions to the company’s Treattarome range, the two new flavors are natural distillates from coffee Arabica that deliver a roasted bean flavor at a cost-effective price, according to Lakeland-based Treatt USA.

Potential applications include hot and cold beverages, ice cream, and desserts. Coffee Treattarome full roast 9780 delivers a warm, full-roasted coffee aroma with chocolate back notes. Coffee Treattarome mellow 9781 provides powerful coffee and chocolate flavors with an ashy back-end for an espresso-like finish.

Treatt USA will be at booth No. 2713 during this year’s I.F.T. event. The company will present other line additions as well.

TreattSweet extra 9856 and TreattSweet sparkling 9857 will allow manufacturers to improve the perception of sweetness in an array of applications. Both ingredients work in combination with high-intensity sweeteners. TreattSweet extra 9856 is a low odor product while TreattSweet sparkling 9857 provides optimum performance of stevia-based high-intensity sweeteners in carbonated beverages at low pH and at reduced sugar levels.

Mango Treattarome extra 9831 and guava Treattarome Extra 9741 are for use in tropical fruit blends, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and ice cream. TrueTaste 200 black tea natural is a 200-fold tea concentrate that contains no benzoates, sorbates or artificial ingredients. A combination of tea essence and tea solids, it eliminates the need to brew tea leaves. TrueTaste 200 black tea natural delivers deep, robust back notes and a natural astringency to ensure and authentic-tasting iced tea beverages, according to Treatt USA.
