Tony Chachere's Creole Foods, which offers South Louisiana cuisine, is set to launch its new product - Bold Seasoning, in Louisiana, US.

Tony Chachere's Creole Foods noted that the new product has been developed in response to consumers who have been asking for a spice blend that retains the flavors unique to the company's products but with an added punch of heat that people have come to expect from the South-Louisiana Creole cuisine.

Marketing director Celeste Chachere said the Bold Seasoning is suitable for those dishes that need a punch of heat.

"It turns a simple dish into a signature dish by enhancing the flavors of food with spice - without overwhelming," Chachere added.

The product will be available in most Louisiana stores beginning in late October, but that it is also available now through the company's website.
