VitaminSpice has acquired the assets of Eat Right International, which includes ten gourmet seasonings. The acquisition also includes all intellectual property of the products, which, according to the company, increases a person's metabolism by up to 25% and promotes weight loss.

VitaminSpice noted that the products are based upon professor Jeya Henry's research on spice enhanced foods and metabolism at Oxford Brooks University.

VitaminSpice CEO Edward Bukstel said that VitaminSpice will be adding microencapsulated vitamins to the weight loss seasonings.

"We will be integrating these seasonings into our spices as well as utilizing the calorie burning intellectual property into additional condiments, including, Ketchup, Mustard, Relish, Salsa, Hot Sauce, BBQ Sauce, and Salad Dressings," Bukstel added.

The acquired spice seasonings include - Moroccan The Casbah, Creole & Cajun Party, Free Trip To Thailand, Mexican Monty, African Love Dance, French Fling, China's Five Fingers, A Little Italian, Jazzy Jerk and Pyramid Power.
