Nu-Tek Food Science is introducing Salt for Life, a sea salt blend with 70% less sodium than table salt.

The product was developed with patented technology to improve the flavor of potassium chloride and may be used as a one-to-one replacement for salt in recipes.

The product is currently available for food service and will roll out to select grocery retailers beginning this summer.
