Stefano Foods, Charlotte, N.C., released the newest addition to their pizza dough line. Stefano’s Premium Pizza Dough provides consumers with the next level of make-at-home pizza. Made with European “OO” flour, olive oil and garlic, this 16-ounce all-natural dough ball makes an authentic, crisp and crunchy pizza crust that brings a little bit of Europe right to the kitchen. Premium Dough is packed in full color bags with detailed consumer preparation instructions.
They are shipped frozen and merchandised refrigerated with a 5-day shelf life. Each case contains 24 dough balls with a suggested retail price of $1.99-2.49.
