South Eastern Sydney Local Health District’s Professor Mark Ferson says customers who ate food at SumoSalad in Westpac Place, Kent Street between Thursday July 19 and Thursday July 26 may need to be vaccinated in case they were exposed to the virus.  

SumoSalad authorised spokesperson Luke Baylis “This was an isolated incident at one store in Westpac Place, Kent Street, Sydney. No other stores have been affected. The individual employee, who contracted the virus while overseas, is no longer working in the store.”

Vaccinations for SumoSalad customers are being made available at Sydney Hospital, Macquarie Street Sydney. The clinic will be open between 3pm and 7pm on Thursday, 2 August 2012 at Sydney Hospital’s general outpatient department, north block, entrance from Macquarie Street, Sydney.
