Sovereign Partners, a food package supplies firm based in London, has acquired Cap-It-All, the leading supplier of disposable lids for the foodservice sector and its wholly owned subsidiary Goodlife Eco-Friendly.

Cap-It-All's business will immediately be renamed to Sovereign Partners and the businesses will be operated as a single operation. In addition, the Goodlife brand will become a wholly owned brand of Sovereign.

Sovereign managing director Barbara Feldman said that the combination of Cap-It-All with Sovereign is a perfect fit for the company.

"We will be able to combine Cap-It-All's strengths in the specialist lid and environmentally friendly areas of packaging with our general ranges and far-reaching distribution channels to bring their great products to the widest audience."

"We look forward to combining Cap-It-All's quality products with our range and expertise to continue to deliver first-class products and services to all our customers," Feldman added.

Sovereign Partners noted that it expects quick and seamless integration of the two businesses over the coming months. Geoff Page, the managing director of Cap-It-All, will continue to work with Cap-It-All. He will be working with closely with Sovereign over the next few to ensure proper integration of the business.

Sovereign Partners, established in 1994, is a leading distributor of take-out packaging for the coffee and food to go industry.
