The Bridgewater, N.J.-based processor of organic and natural meats reduced its plastic packaging by 37% by cutting down on the size and weight of the plastic.

For example, its Uncured Sunday Bacon (as pictured) still comes in an 8-ounce package, but now dons less plastic wrapping.
