Hiro Sake, a premium rice wine imported from Japan, has been launched in new 300ml size bottles in the US.

Both the variants of Hiro Sake - Junmai (Hiro Red) sake and Junmai Ginjo (Hiro Blue) sake - will be available in the 300ml bottle format.

Hiro Sake CEO and co-founder Carlos Arana said the company created Hiro 300ml to meet the demands of today's discerning consumers, who were looking for additional options when enjoying Hiro Sake both at home and at their favorite bars and restaurants.

"The response from consumers and customers alike has been nothing but positive and provides even more opportunities to enjoy Hiro," Arana added.

With only 43cal per ounce, no additives and preservatives, no glutens and sulfites, no histamines and allergens and with 1/3 the acidity of wine, Hiro Sake serves as ideal option for light cocktail.

The drink can be served chilled, warm or on the rocks, and can be used to make number of cocktails such as Hiro Spritzo.

The 300ml bottle of Hiro Red is available for $17.99, while Hiro Blue for $21.99. The small format bottles will be sold in the select restaurants, bars and retailers in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC and Florida.
