The Elematic 3000 S case packer has two lanes with each carrying a maximum of 95 jars per minute.

The packer was engineered to handle and place glass jars into tray and hood secondary packaging to meet the needs of Rapunzel Naturkost, the German manufacturer and supplier of organic products.

Designed to protect fragile and breakable glass jars, and reduce the risk of downtime, the machines infeed is surrounded with protective covers, eliminating the risk of jars falling to the floor and breaking.

The machine is capable of packaging 250, 400, 500 and 750 gram jars and will be unveiled at FachPack in September in Nuremberg, Germany.

The design combines a packaging tray with lid and a full wrap around system, enabling the operator to switch quickly between the two formats and speed up changeovers.
