UK-based Cheddar Cheese manufacturer Dairy Crests has expanded its Cathedral City pack range with additional cheddar selections.

The new pack range will contain individually wrapped pieces of Cathedral City Cheddar. The new range of packaging will include three types of packs, reported the Food & Drink Innovation Network.

The three new ranges proposed for the festive season will include Mature, Extra Mature and the Variety pack besides Cathedral City Mild, Vintage, Mature, Extra Mature, Lighter and Mature Twin Pack.

The pre-pack Cathedral City Cheddar category is £2.5bn and is forecast to grow at 3.3% in value.
