The Proseal GT2X-Twin E-seal is a twin lane high speed, tray sealer, capable of 120 trays per minute.

The GT2X-Twin E-seal features a servo-driven infeed conveyor and tray positioning system for high throughput speeds.

An intelligent film feed system ensures control of the sealing operation for seal quality, with film threading and dynamic control of the movement of the film throughout the film feed cycle in order to maintain constant tension and avoid film snapping, said Proseal.

It incorporates a user-friendly menu-driven control panel for set up and operation, which can be remotely accessed and controlled and the screen provides detailed production data, production monitoring and full diagnostics.

Rob Hargreaves, director at Proseal said the range adds higher speeds, greater precision and increased control for MAP applications.
