The season started early compared to other areas thanks to the fact that the vineyard is located only at 20 metres asl. Many operators are showing their interest for the product.

The company is also shipping a less known table grape variety - Victoria Nera - overseas. It is a dark version of Victoria, it has the same ripening and harvesting period, and the taste is pleasantly acidic.

Co-owner Gianni Cutuli is personally in charge with the packaging phase of the produce - in 7.5-8 kg cardboard boxes that must be maintained at the right temperature and placed in a protective bag. Victoria Nera is also sold on Italian markets.

Other partner companies - Azienda agricola Di Stefano Pippo, Azienda agricola Tummino Rosario and Azienda agricola Schembari Giovanni in particular - are continuing with the harvesting of white Victoria.

All processing operations are carried out at the company facilities (photo below) in compliance with health and hygiene standards.

Part of the processing is carried out mechanically with equipment supplied by the company owned by the Volatile brothers.
