Velcorin DT Touch is used to introduce Velcorin as a cold sterilization agent in non-alcoholic beverages and wine.
Manufactured in Germany, the dosing units can be operated by control and visualization of the dosing process enabled by a touch panel and features aseptic connections and designs that meet the strict purity requirements of the beverage industry.
The range includes seven same-size models with different beverage flow rates. The smallest unit Velcorin DT 3 Touch has the ability to process between 600l and 3,600l per hour, whereas the largest unit has a capacity between 13,200l and 79,200l per hour.
LANXESS' Material Protection Products (MPP) business unit Beverage Technology business line head Ingo Broda said, "The individual configuration depends on the volume of beverage that needs to be produced.
The company claims that the dosing units will ensure exact dosing and distribution of Velcorin in the beverage and can integrated into new or existing beverage production lines with a small initial outlay.
