Firefighters battled a blaze at a Towson fast food restaurant Saturday afternoon.

Crews responded to Kentucky Fried Chicken, in the 200 block of York Road, around 2:35 p.m. Dec. 15, officals with the Baltimore County Police and Fire Department Communications center said.

Officials were unable to provide many details about the ongoing effort to fight the fire, saying only that crews were still on the scene at 3 p.m. and that the fire had begun in an oven.
