The new Skinny Crust is a wafer-thin crust, topped with Fresh Brothers' signature toppings, said the company.
Commenting on the new menu item Fresh Brothers founder and CEO Adam Goldberg said that the new Skinny Crust is lighter and will be an healthier option for health conscious consumers, who prefer to cut down carb.
Fresh Brothers also offers a gluten-free and vegan menu, which was developed using a training program by National Foundation for Celiac Awareness.
The company offers hand-tossed dough, salads along with 40 ingredients and 19 variant dressings. The mozzarella is made specifically for pizza and their wings are baked, never fried.
