Roll’d, an Australia-based Vietnamese food franchise, plans to have 100 stores globally by June 2016, as part of its strategy to expand the brand presence over the next three years.

The first store, under the plan, is set to open at Brisbane's Queens Plaza in August 2013, the first store outside Victoria.

Another six stores are slated to open across Melbourne over the next two months at locations including RMIT University and Southern Cross Lane in the CBD, Chadstone, South Yarra's Jam Factory and the Southland and Eastland shopping centres.

Roll'd co-founder Bao Hoang said, "Ideally, Roll'd will have a strong national presence and begin international expansion by 2015 with a select group of highly successful franchisees."

Roll'd currently operates six outlets in Melbourne including two new outlets at Collins Place in the CBD and the inner-city suburb of Brunswick.
