Most recently, Lavan was president of Wolfgang Puck consumer products division where he was responsible for managing and growing the Organic/All Natural Wolfgang Puck brand. Before his stint at Wolfgang Puck, he was COO of Spartan Foods of America. Lavan also spent 14 years in various leadership roles with ConAgra Foods, managing parts of its seafood companies, frozen-food company and leading a $420 million business unit.
AdvancePierre Foods' Retail division sells ready-made sandwiches and value-added protein products to major grocery chains and club stores across the United States.
