The 5.2 million-cubic-foot refrigerated warehouse and distribution facility, located near the intersection of interstates 75 and 10, already features 60-foot-wide enclosed refrigerated docks, 18 truck dock doors and two rail car doors serviced by CSX, Jacksonville, Fla.
Company sites in North Carolina and Tennessee were also considered for the expansion.
