Tablez opens two new stores of US chain Cold Stone Creamery in Chennai
Tablez, the organised retail arm of LuLu Group International, inaugurated two new outlets of America…Tablez, the organised retail arm of LuLu Group International, inaugurated two new outlets of American ice cream brand Cold Stone Creamery in Chennai recently. These will be located at KNK (Khader Nawaz Khan) Road, Nungambakkam, and VR Chennai, Anna Nagar. These are the chain’s second and third stores in the Tamil Nadu capital. The first opened last year at Phoenix Market City, Velachery Road.
Speaking on the launch, Adeeb Ahamed, managing director, Tablez, said, “Tablez is delighted to open two new stores here in Chennai. With Cold Stone Creamery, we hope to satisfy the need for freshly made, flavourful ice cream creations, combined with a one-of-a-kind experience for the residents of this wonderful city.”
“We have seen great success with the brand in Chennai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Pune and Kochi so far. We are looking to further expand across India to include Tier-II and III cities as well. By 2022, we expect India to have at least 150 Cold Stone Creamery outlets,” he added.
