Zatarain’s, New Orleans, celebrates Mardi Gras with new Andouille and Cajun Style smoked sausages.

“This sausage is specially seasoned to complement the flavors of jambalaya and other Zatarain’s rice mixes,” says Claude Davis, principle scientist. “Between the sausage and the rice mix, you can deliver the perfect amount of flavor every time. You can spend all day cooking a big pot of gumbo or red beans, but carnival time is also time to visit with friends and family. With Zatarain’s, you can have all the flavor and still not miss the parade.”

Zatarain’s smoked sausage is 100% pork and contains no artificial colors or flavors, byproducts or MSG and is gluten free.

It’s currently available at Rouses Markets and stores throughout the Southeast.
