The European Economic Area (EEA) recently updated their agreement on veterinary and phytosanitary ma…The European Economic Area (EEA) recently updated their agreement on veterinary and phytosanitary matters, including updates to EU MRL Regulation (EC) No 396/2005. EU MRL amendments apply to Norway, Iceland, and Lichtenstein once accepted by the EEA.
Effective April 5, 2013, the following EU MRL amendments apply to Norway, Iceland, and Lichtenstein:
• (EU) No 556/2012 of June 28, 2012
• (EU) No 897/2012 of October 22, 2012
• (EU) No 899/2012 of April 26, 2012
• (EU) No 592/2012 of July 26, 2012
This EEA update includes a large number of MRLs. Relevant changes for Norway and Iceland may take up to a week to appear in www.mrldatabase.com.
