Currently, only imported fruits can be sold on the market of Shandong that have arrived via Guangzhou, Shanghai and other indirect import ports. By using this route, the needs of the growing costumers demand of the city and surrounding areas cannot be satisfied.
As an aviation fruit import port, Jinan Airport will push forward the development of an international aviation distribution platform. Also, foreign fruits will become less expensive. At the same time, international trade will be developed and promoted in the regions Shandong, Shanxi, Hebei, Henan and Jiangsu.
