Essentia Protein Solutions has introduced ProFlavor – a wide range of powerful flavoring solutions for beef, chicken, pork and turkey that provides added value for food producers in the meat and savory industry. ProFlavor is a new flavor product that maximizes taste and minimizes costs in food products – from prepared food to snack foods and everything in between.

It enhances the natural taste of the product while adding roasted, savory notes that completes the perfect flavor profile. ProFlavor provides building blocks to a greater and richer flavor and is easy to handle in the production line as it comes in powder form as chicken, beef, pork or turkey flavor.

According to Lori Stevenson, VP of Global Sales, Food & Savory, ProFlavor was developed in response to customer demands. "We are proud to bring these distinctive flavors to the market. They are a logical extension to our existing product portfolio, and the idea behind the product is to add real meat based ingredients back into meat products to maximize the natural flavor."

Also, according to Stevenson ProFlavor are cost effective, protein based meat flavors that are completely soluble and injectable, making them a practical solution in a wide range of applications. Along with the added benefits of a clean, allergen free label.
