Kroger releases Earth Day seafood video series

American retailer The Kroger Co. is promoting a video series on how the company sources sustainable seafood, to coincide with Earth Day in the United States.

The company has been releasing the three-video series via social media over the past two weeks via social media, and now the series is available on the company’s website.

"We know that our customers value our commitment to sourcing sustainable seafood," said Suzanne Lindsay-Walker, Kroger's director of sustainability. "We continue to work with fisheries and our supplier partners to ensure that Kroger's seafood is fresh, delicious and available for future generations."

The company developed the video series with help from the World Wildlife Fund. In the series, Kroger describes its strategy for sourcing seafood that is produced responsibly.
