After receiving submissions from scientists in academia and industry from across the globe, the show will this year launch new poster sessions to showcase the findings of 18 R&D scientists. The researchers will share their projects with professionals from the nutraceutical, functional food and drink ingredients & raw materials industries.

“We were overwhelmed by the calibre of the entries for our first ever Poster Sessions. After much deliberation, we managed to whittle down all the submissions to the 18 best ideas that have the potential to truly benefit the industry,” said Chris Lee, portfolio director if Vitafoods Europe.

As a result, this visitors to this year’s show will be given the opportunity to discuss research results with the scientists at the poster area (stand 1188).
“Leading nutraceutical and venture capital companies looking for investments should definitely take this unique opportunity to hear about new innovations,”said Lee.
