New Zealand-based Kura has brought its dairy protein-based smoothie powder to the United States. One scoop of the powder has 14 grams of grass-fed dairy protein, over 5 grams of omega-3s, freeze-dried probiotics and prebiotics, 5 grams fiber and 26 vitamins and minerals, including A, E, D, B6 and B12, according to the company.

The shelf-stable powder comes in vanilla, chocolate and berry. A 1-pound, 9-ounce package retails for approximately $19.99. It’s available nationwide at select retailers, including Whole Foods and Sprouts, and online at Amazon.
