China：Weekly Review of Food Standards and Regulations(1228-1229)

 

　　On January 30th, 2018, China Food and Drug Administration issued “Measures for filing and administration of infant formula food （exposure draft）” which was formulated to standardize filing of infant formula food and guarantee safety of infant formula food based on “Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China”。 This measure was applicable to filing, supervision and administration of infant formula food within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Opinions should be submitted before March 1st, 2018.

 

　　Ministry of Agriculture issued plan for supervision of veterinary drug residues of animal and its products in 2018

 

　　On January 19th, 2018, Ministry of Agriculture issued plan for supervision of veterinary drug residues of animal and its products in 2018 which specified requirements of sampling inspection, treatment based on result and work of each units. Ministry of Agriculture is responsible for organization of relevant work.
