With the success of Bengal's organic farming in the past few years, Farmer Producer Organisations (F…With the success of Bengal's organic farming in the past few years, Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) from the Indian city of Bankura are going to export organic vegetables to countries abroad.
In a few short weeks the organic produce will be exported to Middle Eastern countries will also be exported to South-East Asian countries, the UK and the US.
A list containing names of different vegetables to be exported including green chilli, colocasia, papaya, onion flower and pumpkin. The quantity shipped will touch around 4 tonne in one week.
