In order to further regulate the supervision of cross-border e-commerce retail import business, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Electronic Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China, the Customs is now announcing the real-time of cross-border e-commerce platform enterprises'payment of relevant original data as follows:

1. Enterprises who participate in cross-border e-commerce retail import business shall open and pay relevant original data to the Customs for verification by the Customs.

2. The above-mentioned data include order number, commodity name, transaction amount, currency system, relevant information of the payee, commodity display link address, payment flow number, verification institution, transaction success time and other data deemed necessary by customs.

3. The scheme of real-time original data of cross-border e-commerce retail import unified information system is detailed in the annex.

This notice will be implemented from January 1, 2019.
