Recently, the first batch of South Korean grapes, containing 336 kilogram with a value of 6,790 dollar, arrived at the Huangdao port. It is the first time that China has imported South Korean grapes. Because the requirements for the preservation of imported fruit are very high, the Huangdao Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau opened a green channel, where the inspections are quick. The process from reaching the inspection area to finishing the inspections only lasted 1.5 hour for the grapes.
