Azerbaijan: Fruit and veg companies to present products in Kazakhstan

More than 20 Azerbaijani export companies, producing fruit juices, fresh fruit and vegetables, mineral waters and other products, will present their wares as part of the trade missions in Kazakhstan, the Azerbaijani embassy in Kazakhstan said, Apr. 18.

Azerbaijani producers will present the products within the trade missions in Almaty and Astana on April 23-26.

The main goal of the trade mission is to strengthen and intensify the bilateral trade and economic cooperation of business circles, as well as review the commercial potential of Azerbaijan.

According to the Azerbaijani State Customs Committee, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan amounted to nearly $124.4 million in 2016, over $26 million of which accounted for the export to Kazakhstan.
