Rousselot is pleased to announce the appointment of Rousselot China CEO, George Liu, as president of the Gelatin Manufacturers Association of Asia Pacific (GMAP).

Representing gelatine manufacturers operating across the Asia Pacific region, GMAP is one of four independent gelatine member associations located across the globe.

The association works alongside its sister organizations, the Gelatine Manufacturers of Europe (GME), Gelatin Manufacturers Institute of America (GMIA) and South America Gelatin Manufacturers Association (SAGMA), to represent the gelatine industry worldwide.

George Liu joins Larry Jeske, director CEO of Rousselot North America, and Dimas Martin, director CEO of Rousselot South America, in presiding over their respective regional member associations. Jeske has acted as president of GMIA from 2008-2012 and since 2014 and Martin has presided over SAGMA since 2012.
