NestléReporters confirmed from the Nestlé (China) Ltd. that Chinese Regulators had authorized Nestlé’s acquisiton of Wyeth Milk Powder, Pfizer’s infant nutrition business, with $11.85bn. This information means a further step to the completion of the contransaction anounced in this Apil .

It was reported that last week this contransaction got approval.of Chinese regulators .

April this year, Nestlé announced it would acquire Pfizer’s infant nutrition business, and planed to merger this business with its existing infant formula milk powder business.
