 TreeHouse Foods has completed the acquisition of Naturally Fresh in a $25m deal, as part of its plan to strengthen its presence in the fresh foods and private label segments.

 

Naturally Fresh, headquartered in Georgia, US, produces refrigerated dressings, sauces, marinades, dips and specialty items in a wide array of packaging sizes.

The company, which has annual revenues of approximately $80m, sells its products under the Naturally Fresh brand and private label for leading food service distributors, national chains and retailers. It has a food processing facility in Atlanta and seven distribution centers across the US.

TreeHouse, based in Illinois, US, is a food manufacturer servicing primarily the retail grocery and foodservice channels.
