Oat Tech will debut its OatSweet nutritive sweetener made from oats in an all-natural process at the SupplySide West show in Las Vegas, Nov. 7-8. Oatsweet is functionally similar to brown rice syrup and has subtle caramel and honey notes with a clean finish. It can be used in a variety of applications, such as bars, cereals, baked goods, beverages, meal supplements, ice creams, confections and candies.

OatSweet is vegan, non-GMO, cost-effective, and made in the United States from oats grown in North America. The product is ideal for products destined for the natural foods market and consumer.
